Artist French Montana brought Andrew Tate on stage at the Beach Please festival in Costinești on Sunday. Andrew Tate and his brother were indicted by the DIICOT last year on charges of organizing a criminal group, rape, human trafficking and violence.

The Beach Please crowd is largely made up of teenagers.

As soon as Tate took the stage, a Florin Salam manea started blasting from the speakers.

Andrew Tate came on stage once more and asked the audience to say “Escape the matrix” together. Tate was on remand, then house arrest while anti-mafia prosecutors investigated the human trafficking case.

Several people in the audience cheered Tate, but others cursed and booed him, according to the Info Sud-Est reporter at the scene.

Brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate were sent to rial in June 2023. They are charged by prosecutors with forming an organized criminal group, aggravated trafficking in persons, aggravated rape, unlawful access to a computer system, altering the integrity of computer data and instigating assault or other violence and battery or other violence. The case went to trial at the Bucharest Tribunal.

The Tate brothers are being prosecuted together with two women with whom they allegedly formed an organized criminal group with the purpose of commiting the crime of trafficking in human beings on Romanian territory, as well as in other countries such as the United States of America and the United Kingdom.

Of the 7 victims who were sexually exploited by the organized criminal group, three have joined the criminal proceedings as civil parties.

The prosecutors seized several movable and immovable assets from the brothers:

15 pieces of land and buildings located in Ilfov, Prahova and Brașov counties, 15 luxury cars, 14 luxury watches, 2 bars and a medal, shares held in 4 companies, the sums of 86,580 lei, 52,650 euros, 17. 430 USD and 10,370 pounds sterling and the amount of 21,080508 BTC, existing in cryptocurrency wallets (approximately 384,904.789 USD), as well as an order to the defendants to pay legal costs advanced by the state in the amount of 300,000 lei.
